Bambiboo’s advice

The major factor determining the right nappy choice for your baby is the toddler’s weight and whether the nappy fits the body well. We recommend that the nappy fits your baby snugly without being too tight. A perfectly fitted nappy is when you can insert two fingers behind its rim.

When the nappy is already on, make sure that the 3D frills are carefully folded outwards. This is the only way they can do their job, which is to be leakproof and ensure better comfort and freedom of movement at the same time.

For parents’ convenience, we have fitted Bambiboo nappies with a practical moisture indicator. This helps you quickly and conveniently check whether it is time to change the nappy. For your baby's comfort, we also recommend changing the nappy every 3-4 hours (and absolutely after each soiling).

Babies differ in their body structure - so, adjust carefully the reusable nappy to your little one using the snaps. When the nappy is already on, check whether the elastic bands on your baby's legs are carefully stacked to enhance their leak-tightness and improve the baby’s comfort.

Incorrect nappy fit and wearing it too long, are the key reasons for a reusable nappy to leak. We recommend changing the nappy every 2-4 hours (absolutely after each soiling).

If necessary, e.g., at night, we suggest using additional absorbent inserts. Parents usually place them directly under the baby’s bottom or inside the nappy pocket. Find the way most suited to you and your baby.

For the parents’ convenience, we also offer disposable biodegradable non-woven fabric bamboo tissues that make it easier to clean the reusable nappy from solid impurities.

A set of 18-24 reusable nappies is usually enough for comfortable baby diapering. When travelling or in situations that prevent the use of reusable nappies, we recommend Bambiboo disposable nappies and wet wipes.
