Returns and Exchanges

A Customer who is a Consumer and has entered into a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without providing a reason. However, the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement does not apply to a Customer who is a Consumer in cases where the Product is delivered in a sealed package that, once opened, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided that the packaging was opened after delivery. Detailed information regarding returns, along with sample withdrawal forms, can be found in §9 of the Store Regulations.

All products available in the Bambiboo online store are brand new and legally introduced to the Polish market. We ensure that the goods delivered are free from physical and legal defects. If a defect is found in a product, a complaint can be submitted, for example, via email to: sklep@bambiboo.eu. The complaint should include a description of the issue. The Seller will review the complaint promptly, but no later than within 14 days, and provide the Customer with a response. The Seller’s response to the complaint will be sent to the Customer’s provided email address or delivered via another method specified by the Customer.
