The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery.
We do not accept packages sent to pickup points (e.g., parcel lockers).
Upon receiving the shipment, we will refund the money to the account.

Note!

Every customer who is a consumer and has entered into a sales agreement can withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.
A customer who made a subscription purchase can return unopened packs of nappies at any time.
